Early check-in on Christmas Day allowed for convenience, and breakfast, particularly the bacon, was quite enjoyable. the room condition was disappointing. it felt tired and dusty, with noticeable cleanliness issues. The staff's attitude was another downside, lacking warmth and hospitality.

Had an awesome trip with friends! We hit up the Quayside and caught a game at the largest stadium in the North East. The gym, squash courts, and pool made our downtime fun. Great location too, near shopping and the A1. Everyone was super friendly, but do keep in mind that food prices can add up.
One letdown was the bar staff. they were a bit rude when we asked for a menu. Just made the experience feel a bit off.

Nice stay with perks
Had a good night here! The friendly staff made my solo trip pleasant, and I was super stoked to get upgraded to a better room—didn't even ask for it! The spa and pool were awesome. Only bummer was the air con was a bit noisy at night, but the bar had some nice snacks to munch on. All in all, a cool place to chill.

The canapes were top-notch, a real gem amidst the culinary offerings! Breakfast selection had a good spread and was quite enjoyable. Plus, the lovely spa facilities were a great way to unwind after our adventures!
The service could do with a good shake-up! After a long 20-minute wait to check in due to another guest, the receptionist didn't acknowledge us at all, a bit rude if you ask me. The leisure facilities being closed on New Year's Day was a major letdown too.

Great staff made our stay special
We had an amazing time! The staff went all out to make my partner's birthday fantastic. They set up the room just how I wanted it with the flowers and balloons I dropped off. The only hitch was the dining options, which could've been better. But seriously, the service was top-notch!
